Catalysing change
in the Chemical Sciences
This EDI research project funded by the RSC Missing Elements scheme is focusing on creating lasting systemic change by improving the representation, progression and retention of chemical scientists from Black and minority ethnic backgrounds and supporting a culture of allyship and belonging. Led by University of Salford it includes a consortium of UK Universities, University of Kent and University of York working together to create a joint community of partners for new research collaboration and creating new role models for the next generation of BAME students and allies.
