Bluedot Festival

On 21st July, Prof Andy Miah will be speaking about the future of death at BlueDot Festival, as part of a series of talks taking place over the weekend. Prof Miah began examining this area as part of his research into human enhancements and life extension. Speaking ahead of the event, he said that:

"We are at a remarkable point in human history where pushing back against death is considered to be a real possibility. What this means for us all, how we figure out how to organize the world when people live significantly longer is critical now and we need to thik about the politics, the personal, the social, and the economic issues this creates.
